  • Can I use any type of fragrance or essential Oil

 Yes, you can! Our diffuser is designed to work with all fragrances and essential oils. Many of our customers also use the diffuser purely as a humidifier as well.
  • Does the diffuse require a battery?

  Our product comes with a universal USB wire. This is so that the diffuser can be used in many different places. This includes in your car, at work, with your laptop,or even with a portable charger. 

  • Is it safe around animals?

         Yes, we recommend adding just 2 drops of fragrance/ essential oils into               the water to dilute the mix. It's very important to use high quality and                   organic oils with animals. 

  • Can this help prevent the spread of airborne diseases?

          Modern research on the SARS-Virus suggests that setting the right                      humidity level  reduces the number of viruses significantly. 

  • How long do my filter last?                                                                        Each filter tends to last approximately 3-4 weeks.Keep in mind that the longevity of your filters will depend on your usage time. Therefore we recommend purchasing an extra pack of filters to continuously keep the air around you healthy.

    Step 1: Place the cotton wick into the water, soaking both ends

    Step 2: Insert the cotton wick into the humidifier

    Step 3: Drop it into any container, add in your favorite fragrance & plug in             the diffuser via the USB cable

   Step 4: Turn on the device and enjoy a more hydrated environment 

 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
  • Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 16 Business days
  • Average transit times to International: 17 - 25 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

  • WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email info.diffuse2go@gmail.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

  • I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at info.diffuse2go@gmail.com If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

  • MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
